Energy Control Systems
ISDN Group developed dental prosthesis generation software for an important company in the dental industry.
ToothMaster is an application to design dental prostheses directly in 3D in an interactive way. The mould of the patient’s teeth is digitalised with a laser scanner beforehand, creating a three-dimensional model. The following prosthesis elements can be designed on the patient’s 3D tooth model:
- Major Connectors.
- Minor Connectors.
- Moveable Connectors.
- Occlusal Pads
- Upper Tongue Cribs.
- Lower Tongue Cribs.
The virtually-created prosthetic is saved in a file that is sent to companies with sintering machines. At the factory, these tool machines are able to build a “real” prosthetic, based on the data received in the file.

- Removing material from an area that was defined in interactive fashion.
- Determining and showing retentive zones.

CENTRALISED MANAGEMENT FOR REMOTE AUDIO-VISUAL REPRODUCTION SYSTEMS
ISDN Group has developed a system so that you can manage a network of audio-visual reproduction systems located at different geographic sites, remotely and in centralised fashion. It is designed to broadcast advertising, informative, entertainment and training content, or any other audio-visual communication application in public areas with high visual impact or a high volume of traffic. For example, this means that all without leaving your office, you can control what each one of the screens installed in a shopping centre or at each one of your shops, located at different geographic points, shows.
The system is made up of reproduction software and hardware (tdBox + tdPlayer) connected by the network to the Control Centre (with ADSL, GPRS, satellite…). tdEditor, tdController and tdTicker software means you can manage and control your network from one single PC located at your Control Centre. It flexibly and simply generates playlists to be shown on each screen, manages content distribution throughout the network and receives information in real time on player operation, hardware status and the content broadcasted.
The tdBox play system is based on a Pentium® IV platform, reliable and powerful enough to play high-quality audio-visual content. The system’s stability and robustness is guaranteed by: Embedded Windows® XP Embedded operating system, specifically designed for this hardware with the minimum number of necessary components, and is write-protected. In other words, it is not altered by power outages or virus attacks.
Its local content storage means that it is completely operative when not connected to the network.

Control over hardware status and self-management with system errors.
The tdPlayer software installed in the tdBox plays digital video in different formats with different qualities, as well as audio files, PowerPoint, Flash and images. It also shows webpages, text messages (tickers), television channels and receives the signal from a camera or digital TV receiver.
The tdEditor Control Centre defines programming for each one of the play systems. Content can be scheduled for set dates, with weekly or daily frequency, and programming can be segmented into hourly timeslots, or sequences can be created. Furthermore, it manages sending these playlists and the audio-visual material to be shown on the remote systems.
tdController is a monitoring system so you can control operation of each play system in real time: alarm reception, errors, versions installed, content being broadcast, records on content broadcast, maintenance tasks, etc.
tdTicker sends horizontally-moving texts (tickers), superimposed over the image in any area of the screen, immediately showing messages in play systems.
